In relation to the growing demand for building in-frastructure, glaring demand on Electro-Mechanical services also increased. HOABI has streamlined its ser-vices from general engineering into specialty contract-ing of MEPF (Mechanical: air-conditioning, installation of building maintenance units; docking equipment; in-dustrial lift; car parking system; rail fastening system; chain hoist), Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary and Fire Protection System.
In analysis of the company’sstrength and core competence, the plan is to shift its target from specialty market into general contracting of residential, commercial, industrial and office build-ing development.
